At CYKD, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have a hassle-free returns policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.


14-Day Return Window: 
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unworn, Unused Items & Proof of Purchase:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us and we will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. 

Please note that if your country of residence is not Singapore, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a certain number of days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges: 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues: 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including sales items, customized products and gift cards. Please note that these items are exempt from our returns policy.
